Oleksandra Matviychuk Joins the Sound of Life Campaign

Oleksandra Matviychuk, Head of the Center for Civil Liberties and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, joins the Sound of Life Campaign as a supporter and advocate for the protection of children in Ukraine.

In a recorded address from the grounds of Ukraine’s largest children’s hospital — hit by a Russian strike in 2024 — she speaks to a reality that continues to define daily life for millions of families: children living under the constant threat of missile and drone attacks.

This is not an isolated incident. It is a sustained risk environment.

The Sound of Life Campaign, initiated by Trident Group Ukraine LLC, translates this reality into global awareness and action. Through a simple but powerful symbol — a whistle placed around a child’s neck before sleep — the campaign highlights a critical truth: Protection must come before rescue.

Air defense is not only a military capability. It is a life-saving humanitarian tool. The addition of Oleksandra Matviychuk’s voice strengthens the campaign’s mission — ensuring that the protection of children remains visible, urgent, and impossible to ignore at the international level.
