How Ukraine redrew the security spectrum for critical infrastructure and people — and why insurers and financiers have not yet caught up.
The war in Ukraine has done more than transform the military domain — it has permanently redrawn the entire security spectrum. Mass, low-cost unmanned systems proven on the battlefield have diffused, rapidly and deliberately, to terrorist organizations, transnational criminal groups, nation-state proxies, and individuals recruited online.
